Construction is a messy job. Mopheads cleans it up. Our construction cleaning services provide rough cleaning, post-construction cleaning and touch-up cleaning at residential and commercial construction sites throughout Metro Phoenix. We are experts in newly constructed projects including retail, medical, student housing and large office buildings. We get the job done right the first time and clean to manufacturers’ specifications so all new warranties on surfaces and materials remain intact.

Rough Cleaning

Rough cleaning is done in preparation for incoming subcontractors such as painters and installers of flooring, fixtures and cabinets. Our rough construction cleaning services include removal of large debris and trash, removing stickers from windows, sweeping floors and damp mopping vertical/horizontal surfaces to remove as much dust as possible.

Final Cleaning

Final cleaning is done once the construction process is entirely complete, prior to final walk-through and receiving the Certificate of Occupancy. Our final construction cleaning services include detail cleaning all vertical and horizontal surfaces top to bottom, detail vacuuming and sweeping/damp mopping all floors. If necessary, hard surface floors will also be machine scrubbed.

Touch-Up Cleaning

Not all projects require a touch-up cleaning. We do this either after the Final Clean or if the Certificate of Occupancy gets pushed out and the space needs sprucing up. Mopheads will touch up any areas left dirty by tradesmen, artisans, craftsmen or workers revisiting an area.
